      Upaya Peningkatan Kinerja Reproduksi Ikan Platydoras Platydoras costatus Jantan dengan Pemberian Pakan Berbeda di Tania Akuakultur

      Abstract
      Ikan platydoras merupakan komoditas unggulan ikan hias, namun produksinya belum optimal karena ketidakseimbangan kinerja reproduksi jantan dan betina. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan metode pemberian pakan yang meningkatkan efisiensi reproduksi. Perlakuan meliputi pemberian pakan komersial protein 40% (K), pakan alami cacing sutra (P1), dan pakan kombinasi (P2). Parameter yang diukur adalah lama waktu memijah, konsumsi pakan, bobot sperma, fertilization rate (FR), dan sintasan. Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan P2, lama waktu memijah 30 hari, konsumsi pakan 300 g, bobot sperma 1,9 ± 0,00 g, FR 81 ± 0,02%, sintasan 95 ± 0,03%. Pakan kombinasi meningkatkan kinerja reproduksi ikan platydoras jantan di Tania Akuakultur.
       
      Platydoras fish is a leading commodity of ornamental fish, but its production is yet to be optimal due to the imbalance in male and female reproductive performance. This study aimed to determine a feeding method to improve reproductive efficiency. Treatments included commercial feed with 40% protein (K), natural feed silkworms (P1), and a combination feed (P2). Parameters measured were spawning time, feed consumption, sperm weight, fertilization rate (FR), and survival rate. The best results were obtained in treatment P2, with a spawning time of 30 days, feed consumption of 300 g, sperm weight of 1.9 ± 0.00 g, FR of 81±0.02%, and survival rate of 95±0.03%. The combination feed improved reproductive performance of male platydoras fish at Tania Akuakultur.
