dc.description.abstractPeningkatan produksi kopi di PT Golden Malabar Indonesia menyebabkan peningkatan limbah dari proses pengolahan kopi, kulit ceri kopi adalah salah satu limbah proses pengolahan kopi. Sisa kulit ceri kopi bisa diolah menjadi cascara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kelayakan pendirian unit bisnis kulit ceri kopi menjadi cascara. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis kelayakan pengembangan bisnis dan critical path method (CPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kajian non finansial aspek pasar dan pemasaran memiliki sasaran ke kedai kopi, aspek produksi menghasilkan 5.364 pcs pada tahun 1 dan 7.152 pcs pada tahun 2-8, aspek organisasi dan manajemen serta aspek sumber daya manusia menambah 2 tenaga kerja di bidang produksi dan aspek kolaborasi melakukan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak. Kajian finansial mengindikasikan NPV sebanyak Rp237.016.644 net B/C sebesar 4,52 IRR sebesar 60%, payback period selama 2 tahun 5 bulan. Hasil switching value penurunan produksi lebih sensitif dibandingkan dengan kenaikan harga tea bag yaitu sebesar 149%. Hasil analisis CPM menunjukkan total waktu pelaksanaan 90 hari pada tahun pertama.
dc.description.abstractThe increase in coffee production in PT Golden Malabar Indonesia has led to an increase in waste from the coffee processing process. Coffee cherry husks are one of the by-products of coffee processing. The remaining coffee cherry husks can be processed into cascara. The objective of this study is to analyze the feasibility of establishing a business unit converting coffee cherry husks into cascara. The research methods include business feasibility analysis and the Critical Path Method (CPM). The results indicate that non-financial aspects such as market and marketing target coffee shops. Production aspects yield 5.364 pieces in year 1 and 7,152 pieces in years 2-8. Organizational and management aspects, as well as human resource aspects, involve adding 2 workers to the production area. Collaboration aspects involve working with various parties. Financial analysis indicates an NPV of IDR 270.016.644, a net B/C ratio of 4,52, an IRR of 60%, and a payback period of 2 years and 5 months. The switching value results show that production decrease is more sensitive compared to a 149% increase in tea bag prices. CPM analysis shows a total implementation time of 90 days in the first year.
