      Hubungan Struktur Komunitas Makrozoobentos dengan Kualitas Air di Perairan Muara Angke Teluk Jakarta

      Abstract
      Aktivitas manusia yang padat di Muara Angke sangat mempengaruhi kualitas perairan menjadi tidak stabil. Makrozoobentos digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena makrozoobentos peka terhadap kondisi perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara struktur komunitas makrozoobentos dengan kualitas air di Perairan Muara Angke pada musim kemarau dan musim hujan. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Agustus 2023 hingga Januari 2024. Pengambilan sampel makrozoobentos dilakukan menggunakan Ekman Grab dengan tiga kali ulangan. Parameter kualitas air yang diuji meliputi suhu, kekeruhan, TSS, kedalaman, DO, pH, dan salinitas. Metode analisis meliputi kepadatan makrozoobentos, indeks ekologi, tipe substrat, indeks similaritas, dan analisis komponen utama. Komposisi makrozoobentos mencakup tiga kelas dan 54 genus. Jenis yang paling banyak ditemukan yaitu Dosinia sp. Kepadatan tertinggi tercatat di Stasiun 5 pada musim kemarau dengan 600 ind/m², dan terendah di Stasiun 2 pada musim hujan dengan 27 ind/m². Indeks keanekaragaman berkisar dari rendah hingga tinggi, indeks keseragaman dari sedang hingga tinggi, dan indeks dominansi dari rendah hingga sedang. Kualitas air di Perairan Muara Angke menunjukkan beberapa parameter melebihi batas baku mutu berdasarkan PPRI No. 22 Tahun 2021, namun makrozoobentos masih dapat hidup. Seluruh stasiun memiliki tipe substrat liat.
       
      Human activity in Muara Angke destabilizes water quality. Macrozoobenthos, sensitive to water conditions, were studied to analyze their relationship with water quality during dry and rainy seasons from August 2023 to January 2024. Samples were collected with an Ekman Grab, testing parameters like temperature, turbidity, TSS, depth, DO, pH, and salinity. Analytical methods included density, diversity, evenness, dominance indices, substrate type, similarity index, and principal component analysis. The macrozoobenthos included three classes and 54 genera, with Dosinia sp. being the most common. The highest density 600 ind/m² was at Station 5 in the dry season, and the lowest 27 ind/m² at Station 2 in the rainy season. Diversity and evenness indices varied from low to high, and dominance from low to moderate. Despite exceeding several water quality standards, macrozoobenthos survived, with all stations having clay substrates.
