dc.description.abstractPT X mengalami penurunan omzet kontrak baru dikarenakan rendahnya perolehan tender yang diikuti yang disebabkan oleh terjadinya hambatan di internal karyawan. Untuk mengatasi dan memperbaiki kinerja karyawan terkhusus di divisi corporate marketing, PT X membentuk suatu lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan kolaboratif yang dinamakan Winning War Room. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja (Winning War Room) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian dilakukan kuantitatif pada bulan Juni 2024 hingga Juli 2024 dengan data primer berupa kuesioner 58 melalui google formulir pada karyawan divisi corporate marketing PT X pengambilan sampel menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai responden (saturation sampling). Metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja (Winning War Room) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja secara langsung. Namun, pengaruh lingkungan kerja (Winning War Room) terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan.
dc.description.abstractPT X established a conducive and collaborative work environment called the Winning War Room. This research aims to identify the influence of the work environment (Winning War Room) on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research method was carried out quantitatively in June 2024 until July 2024 with primary data in the form of a questionnaire 58 via Google Form on employees of PT X's corporate marketing division by taking samples using all members of population (saturation sampling). The analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that the work environment (Winning War Room) has no significant effect on performance directly. However, the influence of the work environment (Winning War Room) on employee performance which is mediated by the job satisfaction variable has a significant effect.
