      Abstract
      Strategi komunikasi pemasaran memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan pemasaran yang tepat pada pelanggan. Banyaknya total poin pelanggaran yang telah didapatkan oleh akun This is April akibat dari strategi yang BE Agency terapkan pada saat live streaming di beberapa brand memberikan dampak pada akun Tiktok brand tersebut. Poin pelanggaran yang didapatkan berdasarkan dengan peraturan regulasi Tiktok dimana bisa berasal dari Gimmick atau Talking Point yang diterapkan oleh BE Agency pada live streaming tersebut. Maka dari itu dibutuhkannya peningkatan strategi komunikasi pemasaran BE Agency pada live streaming Tiktok This is April. Peningkatan strategi baru yang diterapkan berupa peningkatan dari segi Talking point dan gimmick. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif yang memiliki karakteristik mengutamakan dan menghargai persepsi atau pendapat dari narasumber. Peningkatan strategi yang dilakukan pada laporan ini yaitu menghindari mark-up harga dimana menurunkan harga tidak jauh dari harga yang ditentukan oleh brand dan tertera pada layar Tiktok demi menghindari terkena nya regulasi dari Tiktok dan tetap menjaga citra brand. Kata Kunci: gimmick, live streaming, komunikasi pemasaran, talking point, tiktok.
       
      Marketing communication strategies have the aim of carrying out appropriate marketing to customers. The total number of violation points that have been obtained by the This is April account as a result of the strategy that BE Agency implemented during live streaming on several brands has had an impact on the brand's Tiktok account. The violation points obtained are based on Tiktok regulations which can come from Gimmicks or Talking Points applied by BE Agency on the live streaming. Therefore, it is necessary to improve BE Agency's marketing communication strategy on the Tiktok This is April live streaming. The new strategy improvements implemented are in the form of improvements in terms of talking points and gimmicks. The method used is qualitative which has the characteristic of prioritizing and respecting the perceptions or opinions of the sources. The improved strategy carried out in this report is to avoid price mark-ups by reducing the price not far from the price determined by the brand and displayed on the Tiktok screen in order to avoid being subject to Tiktok regulations and maintain the brand image.
