The availability of appropriate raw materials will improve company performance in meeting consumer demand. One of the MSMEs that produces cassava chips is in Cijujung Village, Bogor Regency. XYZ MSMEs experienced difficulties in supplying cassava raw materials so they were unable to meet their raw material needs. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze raw material inventory management at XYZ MSMEs using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. The data processing process begins with forecasting using Single Exponential Smoothing and then using the Lot sizing technique, namely Lot for Lot (LFL). The forecasting results show a decrease of -0.5% from November 2023 to December 2023. The analysis results show that the total cost of the Lot for Lot approach in MRP is 98% lower compared to the inventory management costs previously applied by the company. The implementation of the Lot for Lot method is considered suitable for XYZ MSMEs, as it is not only more cost-effective but also relatively easy and dynamic.
