      Kerentanan Rumah Tangga Petani Padi (Studi Kasus: Desa Pabuaran, Kecamatan Sukamakmur, Kabupaten Bogor)

      Abstract
      Perubahan iklim memiliki dampak yang cukup signifikan pada sektor pertanian yang dapat memengaruhi kerentanan rumah tangga petani. Tingkat kerentanan ini juga perlu dievaluasi dengan memahami persepsi petani terhadap perubahan iklim yang akan memengaruhi pemilihan tindakan strategi adaptasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji persepsi petani padi terhadap perubahan iklim dan menilai kerentanan rumah tangga petani, serta memberikan rekomendasi aksi adaptasi berdasarkan indikator pendorong kerentanan. Penilaian kerentanan dihitung menggunakan Livelihood Vulnerability Index (LVI) yang kemudian ditinjau berdasarkan kerangka kerja IPCC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar petani memaknai perubahan iklim sebagai pergeseran musim yang menjadi tidak teratur. Sebagian besar tingkat kerentanan petani di Desa Pabuaran digolongkan cukup rentan baik dengan menggunakan metode LVI maupun LVIIPCC. Indikator kunci yang sangat memengaruhi kerentanan petani padi di Desa Pabuaran berkaitan dengan kondisi irigasi dan tingkat pengetahuan petani. Berdasarkan kerangka kerja IPCC, komponen yang memiliki skor paling tinggi adalah kapasitas adaptasi yaitu sebesar 0,48. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa petani memiliki kemampuan adaptasi yang cukup baik terhadap perubahan kondisi lingkungan dan menyeimbangkan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kerentanan petani dengan langkah-langkah adaptasi yang sudah mereka terapkan. Rekomendasi strategi adaptasi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu pembentukan lembaga pengelola irigasi dan peningkatan kemampuan petani melalui berbagai pelatihan yang juga didukung dengan program pemerintah seperti kampung iklim (Proklim) yang bersifat community-based.
       
      Climate change has significant impacts on the agricultural sector that can affect the vulnerability of farmer households. This level of vulnerability also needs to be evaluated by understanding farmers' perceptions of climate change, as these perceptions will influence the choice of adaptation strategy and actions. This study aims to examine the perceptions of rice farmers regarding climate change and to assess the vulnerability of rice farming households, as well as to provide recommendations for adaptation actions-based vulnerability driving indicators. The vulnerability assessment was calculated using the Livelihood Vulnerability Index (LVI) which is then reviewed based on the IPCC framework. The study’s results indicate that most farmers perceive climate change as a shift in seasons that has become irregular. Most of farmers’ vulnerability level in Pabuaran Village are related to irrigation conditions and farmers’ level of knowledge. According to IPCC framework, the vulnerability component with the highest score is adaptive capacity, with a score of 0,48. This indicates that farmers have a fairly good ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions and to balance the factors that can increase their vulnerability with the adaptation measures they have already implemented. Recommended adaptation strategies include the establishment of irrigation management institutions and the enhancement of farmers’ skill through various trainings, supported by government programs such as community-based climate village program (Proklim).
