      Abstract
      Industri mie mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat di Indonesia, karena mie memiliki peran unik sebagai pengganti nasi dalam pola konsumsi masyarakat. Masyarakat Indonesia mengkonsumsi mie instan mencapai 12,6 miliar pada tahun 2020. Pergeseran pola konsumsi ini berdampak terhadap industri mie. Salah satu elemen krusial adalah adonan, di mana penakaran secara tradisional dapat menyebabkan ketidakonsistenan pada produk akhirnya. Proses terotomatisasi dengan menggunakan mesin penakar meningkatkan hasil produksi akhir dengan tingkat error sekecil mungkin. Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa metode seperti melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan tinjauan literatur. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode perbandingan dengan tujuan mendapatkan akurasi dari alat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata berat yang dihasilkan oleh alat mencapai 99%, dengan perbedaan yang kurang dari satu gram pada setiap berat yang diuji. Keberhasilan alat ini dalam uji coba awal menunjukkan potensinya guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksi mie di masa depan.
       
      The noodle industry has grown rapidly, especially in Indonesia, where the nation's dietary traditions have made noodles a distinctive substitute for rice. In 2020 alone, 12.6 billion servings of instant noodles were consumed by Indonesians. The food business has been significantly impacted by this change in consumption patterns. The preparation of the dough is an essential step in the making of noodles, and manual measurement done by hand can result in inconsistent noodles. An automated measuring method was created in order to solve this. It is anticipated that this method will reduce errors. A detailed study procedure that included observations, interviews, and a comprehensive assessment of the literature. In order to assess the correctness of the new system in an unbiased manner. Extensive testing has shown that a high degree of accuracy is consistently achieved by the automated measuring system. The technology yields noodles that have weight fluctuations of less than one gram and an average weight accuracy of 99%. The successful implementation of this automated system in initial trials highlights its potential to industry by enhancing both and product quality.
