This study aims to evaluate and compare the digestibility and in vitro fermentability in the rumen of dairy cows between variations of Total Mixed Ration (TMR) silage feed. The study used a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 5 replicates based on feed variations in the form of elephant grass feed and concentrate ratio 70:30 (P1), silage Total Mixed Ration (P2), silage TMR treatment with Lactobacillus plantarum (P3), silage TMR treatment with 10% elephant grass (P4), silage TMR (Total Mixed Ration) treatment with 10% concentrate (P5). Parameters tested included pH, NH3 levels, Dry matter digestibility (KcBK), Organic matter digestibility (KcBO) and total gas production. The results showed that the feed of each treatment had significantly different values on NH3 levels, KcBK, KcBO, and total gas production while TMR feed and feed variation had no significant effect on pH. It can be concluded that the use of TMR feed without feed variation is best in digestibility.
