      Analisis Debit Puncak Banjir untuk Menentukan Kriteria Pemasangan Stasiun Pemantauan Aliran Sungai (Studi Kasus: Sungai Ciapus, Kab. Bogor)

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis debit puncak banjir dan menentukan kriteria optimal untuk pemasangan stasiun pemantauan aliran sungai di Sungai Ciapus sebagai anak sungai Cisadane. Metode yang digunakan adalah Hidrograf Satuan Sintetik (HSS) Nakayasu untuk memodelkan debit banjir berdasarkan data curah hujan maksimum dari BMKG Bogor. Analisis distribusi Gumbel digunakan untuk memperkirakan kejadian curah hujan ekstrem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debit puncak banjir mencapai 165,03 m³/detik untuk periode ulang 25 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi disarankan untuk memasang stasiun pemantauan dengan tinggi tiang minimal 6,5 meter di atas permukaan sungai. Penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti topografi, kecepatan aliran, dan kondisi tutupan lahan yang memengaruhi efektivitas pemantauan aliran sungai. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan penting bagi manajemen sumber daya air dan mitigasi risiko banjir, serta menawarkan rekomendasi pra ktis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pemantauan aliran sungai di wilayah Sungai Ciapus. Pemasangan stasiun pemantauan yang tepat dapat mengurangi dampak negatif banjir dan meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana alam.
       
      This study aims to analyze the peak flood discharge and determine the optimal criteria of river flow monitoring stations on the Ciapus River, a tributary of the Cisadane River. The Synthetic Unit Hydrograph (SUH) Nakayasu method was employed to model flood discharge based on maximum rainfall data from BMKG Bogor. The Gumbel distribution analysis was used to estimate extreme rainfall events. The results indicate that the peak flood discharge reaches 165.03 m³/sec for a 25-year return period. Based on the simulation results, it is recommended to install monitoring stations with a minimum pole height of 65 meters above the river surface. Additionally, this study considers factors such as topography, flow velocity, and land cover conditions that influence the effectiveness of river flow monitoring. This research provides crucial guidelines for water resource management and flood risk mitigation, offering practical recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of river flow monitoring in the Ciapus River area. Proper monitoring station installation to reduce the negative impacts of floods and improve community preparedness in facing natural disasters.
