dc.description.abstractPerkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah paradigma pengelolaan publikasi karya ilmiah. Sistem Showcase Ilmu Komputer berbasis web dikembangkan sebagai solusi pengarsipan dan publikasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan modul backend menggunakan framework Laravel dan metode iterative waterfall untuk membuat endpoint API sebagai akses data ke repository. Hasil penelitian adalah pengembangan modul backend sebagai akses pengelolaan publikasi karya ilmiah untuk meningkatkan visibilitas, serta mempermudah pencarian karya ilmiah berdasarkan divisi penelitian. Evaluasi kinerja sistem melalui metode black-box testing dan load testing menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan respons yang sesuai dengan peningkatan jumlah pengguna, meskipun terdapat peningkatan waktu respons pada beberapa fitur. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi publikasi karya ilmiah dan aksesibilitas data.
dc.description.abstractThe development of information technology has changed the paradigm of scientific publication management. The web-based Computer Science Showcase System was developed as an archiving and publication solution. This research focuses on the development of backend modules using the Laravel framework and the Iterative waterfall method to create API endpoints as data access to the repository. The result of the research is the development of a backend module as an access to manage the publication of scientific papers to increase visibility, as well as facilitate the search for scientific papers based on the research division. Evaluation of system performance through black-box testing and load testing methods shows that the system is able to provide appropriate responses with an increase in the number of users, although there is an increase in response time on some features. The results of this research are expected to provide significant benefits in improving the efficiency of scientific publications and data accessibility.
