dc.description.abstractPertumbuhan positif industri kosmetik telah meningkatkan persaingan bisnis. Untuk menjaga ketahanan bisnisnya, PT XYZ telah melaksanakan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Namun, strategi CSR yang diterapkan pada program pelatihan guru PT XYZ masih kurang optimal. Untuk memperkuat dampak positif program CSR, PT XYZ mengadopsi konsep Creating Shared Value (CSV) yang menekankan integrasi antara nilai sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi lingkungan program dan menentukan strategi prioritas dalam meningkatkan CSV pada program pelatihan guru PT XYZ. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kondisi program dengan matriks EFE dan IFE, penentuan alternatif strategi dengan SWOT, dan prioritas strategi menggunakan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang cocok untuk program pelatihan guru PT XYZ adalah strategi growth and build. Implementasi strategi yang perlu diprioritaskan meliputi melakukan koordinasi rutin dengan alumni, membentuk teacher ambassador, dan mengaktifkan kembali komunitas alumni untuk menilai dampak bisnis yang telah terjadi.
dc.description.abstractThe positive growth of the cosmetics industry has increased business competition. To maintain its business resilience, PT XYZ has implemented a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. However, the CSR strategy applied to PT XYZ's teacher training program is still not optimal. To strengthen the positive impact of the CSR program, PT XYZ adopted the concept of Creating Shared Value (CSV), which emphasizes the integration of social and economic value. This study aims to analyze the program environment and determine priority strategies for enhancing CSV in PT XYZ's teacher training program. The methods used include program condition analysis using EFE and IFE matrices, strategy alternatives determination with SWOT, and strategy prioritization using QSPM. The results indicate that the appropriate strategy for PT XYZ's teacher training program is the growth and build strategy. The strategic implementations that need to be prioritized include regular coordination with alumni, forming teacher ambassadors, and reactivating the alumni community to assess the business impact that has occurred.
