dc.description.abstractEra digitalisasi mendorong transformasi sistem pembayaran dari uang tunai ke digital. Salah satunya QRIS hadir sebagai solusi pembayaran yang efektif bagi penjual dan pembeli. Namun banyak pelaku UMKM di bidang F&B di Kota Cirebon yang masih belum memahami teknologi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik pengguna QRIS, mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan QRIS pada UMKM di Kota Cirebon serta memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 pelaku UMKM bidang F&B di Kota Cirebon sudah mengaplikasikan penggunaan QRIS untuk transaksi pembayaran. Penentuan sampel tersebut menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan convenience sampling dengan rumus Lemeshow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan attitude toward using, berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah konten promosi dan edukasi menggunakan storytelling, evaluasi data QRIS untuk UMKM, dan optimalisasi fitur yang ada.
dc.description.sponsorshipThe era of digitalization encourages the transformation of payment systems from cash to digital. One of them is QRIS an effective payment solution for sellers and buyers. However, many MSME players in the food and beverage sector in Cirebon City still do not understand this technology. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of QRIS users, identify and analyze factors that have a positive effect on the use of QRIS in MSMEs in Cirebon City, and provide appropriate recommendations. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 MSME players in the food and beverage sector in Cirebon City who have applied the use of QRIS for payment transactions. The sample determination used purposive sampling and convenience sampling techniques with the Lemeshow formula. The results showed that the variables perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude towards using, had a significant effect on Behavioral Intention to use. The recommendations given are promotional and educational content using storytelling, evaluation of QRIS data for MSMEs, and optimization of existing features.
