      Analisis Kecukupan Ruang Terbuka Hijau dan Skenario Net Zero Emission di Kampus IPB Dramaga

      Abstract
      Kampus IPB Dramaga sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan terkemuka di Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan untuk mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca yang berkontribusi terhadap perubahan iklim global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kecukupan ruang terbuka hijau di kampus sebagai penyerap emisi gas karbon dioksida dan merancang skenario Net Zero Emission. Metode penelitian dalam mengestimasi potensi serapan karbon dioksida dari ruang terbuka hijau yang tersedia menggunakan persamaan alometrik, serta analisis data emisi karbon dioksida dan perancangan skenario Net Zero Emission. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa serapan karbon dioksida oleh karbon dioksida ruang terbuka hijau tahun 2023 sebesar 15.276,78 ton CO2 eq/tahun dan total emisi gas karbon dioksida di sekitar kampus IPB Dramaga tahun 2023 mencapai 21.539,01 ton CO2 eq/tahun. Laju penyerapan gas karbon dioksida di wilayah Kampus IPB Dramaga memiliki kecukupan yang masih belum optimal dalam menyerap emisi gas karbon dioksida yang dihasilkan sehingga menyebabkan adanya sisa emisi sebesar 6.262,02 ton CO2. Perancangan skenario Net Zero Emission sangat dibutuhkan untuk membuat kebijakan dan strategi dalam mengurangi emisi gas karbon dioksida dan mencapai target Net Zero Emission.
       
      IPB Dramaga Campus as one of the leading educational institutions in Indonesia, faces the challenge of reducing greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to global climate change. The study aims to analyze the adequacy of Green Open Space on campus as a sink for carbon dioxide gas emissions and design a Net Zero Emission scenario. The research method in estimating the carbon dioxide sequestration potential of the available green open space uses the allometric equation, as well as analyzing carbon dioxide emission data and designing Net Zero Emission scenarios. The results showed that carbon dioxide uptake by Green Open Space carbon dioxide in 2023 amounted to 15.276,78 tons CO2 eq/year and total carbon dioxide gas emissions around the IPB Dramaga campus in 2023 reached 21.539,01 tons CO2 eq/year. The rate of absorption of carbon dioxide gas in the IPB Dramaga Campus area has an adequacy that is still not optimal in absorbing the carbon dioxide gas emissions produced, causing the remaining emissions of 6.262,02 tons CO2. The design of the Net Zero Emission scenario is needed to make policies and strategies to reduce carbon dioxide gas emissions and achieve the Net Zero Emission target.
