      Pendirian Unit Bisnis Kopi Sachet pada Amanta Agro Persada

      Abstract
      Mendirikan usaha kopi sachet adalah strategi tepat untuk memenuhi meningkatnya minat konsumsi kopi di kalangan generasi muda hingga tua yang mengutamakan kemudahan dan kepraktisan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menyusun dan merencanakan ide pendirian unit bisnis kopi sachet pada Amanta Agro Persada. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam kajian pengembangan bisnis ini adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dari aspek finansial dengan hasil NPV lebih besar dari 0 yaitu Rp255.085.605, nilai Gross B/C lebih besar dari 1 yaitu 1,37, nilai Net B/C lebih besar dari 1 yaitu 11,36, nilai IRR lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga yaitu sebesar 85.18%, dan perhitungan PP 3,6 serta analisis switching value dengan kenaikan biji kopi arabika 301% dan penurunan volume produksi 13,82%. Dalam tahapan pengembangan bisnis, analisis perilaku pelanggan menggunakan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan bisnis Amanta Argo Persada meliputi pembuatan kopi sachet dari biji kopi grade 3 secara keseluruhan, pelanggan sangat puas terhadap unit bisnis kopi sachet.
       
      Setting up a coffee sachet business is the right strategy to meet the increasing interest in coffee consumption among the younger and older generations who prioritize convenience and practicality. The aim of this research is to develop and plan ideas for establishing an sachet coffee business unit at Amanta Agro Persada. The analytical methods used in this business development study are qualitative and quantitative methods. Research results from the financial aspect with NPV results greater than 0, namely IDR 255.085.605, Gross B/C value is greater than 1, namely 1,37, Net B/C value greater than 1, namely 11,36, IRR value greater than the interest rate, namely 85.18%, and the PP calculation is 3,6 as well as switching value analysis with an increase in Arabica coffee beans of 301% and a decrease in production volume of 13,82%. In the business development stage, analyze customer behavior using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The research results show that Amanta Argo Persada's business development includes making sachet coffee from grade 3 coffee beans. Overall, customers are very satisfied with the sachet coffee business unit.
