      Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pengunjung terhadap Pelayanan Agrowisata Indo Natural Farm

      Abstract
      Indo Natural Farm merupakan bisnis yang bergerak di bidang agrowisata. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Indo Natural Farm adalah terjadinya penurunan jumlah pengunjung. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung adalah dengan menganalisis kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik pengunjung, menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengunjung, dan merumuskan strategi perbaikan atribut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis desktriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), laba rugi dan R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengunjung Indo Natural Farm adalah perempuan usia 36-45 tahun, berdomisili di Sukabumi, Pendidikan terakhir sarjana dengan pekerjaan pegawai negeri dan pendapatan per bulan diatas Rp3.000.001,00. Indeks kepuasan pengunjung Indo Natural Farm sebesar 79,75% yang artinya puas. Atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk dilakukan perbaikan kinerja atribut adalah atribut kebersihan lokasi wisata, fasilitas tempat istirahat yang nyaman, fasilitas toilet yang cukup dan bersih, dan fasilitas ibadah yang cukup dan bersih. Hasil analisis R/C ratio yaitu sebesar 1,1 artinya perbaikan kinerja atribut berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan.
       
      Indo Natural Farm is a subsidiary of PT Indo Spices Trading, operating in the agritourism sector. The main issue faced by Indo Natural Farm is the decline in the number of visitors. To increase the number of visitors, an analysis of visitor satisfaction is necessary. This study aims to analyze visitor characteristics, assess visitor satisfaction levels, and formulate strategies for improving key attributes. The analytical methods used include descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), profit and loss analysis, and R/C ratio analysis. The study results show that visitors to Indo Natural Farm are predominantly women aged 36-45 years, residing in Sukabumi, with a bachelor's degree, working as civil servants, and earning a monthly income above Rp3,000,001,00. The Visitor Satisfaction Index of Indo Natural Farm is 79.75%, indicating that visitors are satisfied. The primary attributes requiring performance improvements are the cleanliness of the tourist site, comfortable rest facilities, adequate and clean toilet facilities, and adequate and clean prayer facilities. The R/C ratio analysis results in a value of 1,1 indicating that improving these key attributes has a positive impact on increasing the company's revenue.
