      Strategi Pengembangan Produk Rujak Shake pada UD Bumiaji Sejahtera

      Abstract
      UD Bumiaji Sejahtera menghadapi penurunan penjualan pada produk rujak shake di beberapa bulan terakhir tahun 2023, sebagai akibat dari penanganan keluhan konsumen yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penanganan keluhan yang terukur dengan menilai dan memprioritaskan perbaikan. Tujuan penelitian mengidentifikasi atribut yang dibutuhkan konsumen, mengetahui persepsi konsumen terhadap produk rujak shake dan merancang strategi pengembangan produk. Digunakan Metode Kano untuk menemukan true customer needs dan matriks Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengidentifikasi prioritas atribut untuk pengembangan produk. Melalui penelitian ini didapatkan 11 atribut, yaitu buah tahan lama, buah tidak lembek, produk tertutup atau tersegel, kemasan menarik, keterangan komposisi, keterangan berat bersih, keterangan masa simpan, keterangan kandungan gizi atau vitamin, tingkat kepedasan bumbu, dan variasi bumbu lain. Persepsi konsumen terhadap produk rujak shake sudah cukup baik karena menyediakan tester produk kepada calon konsumen sehingga konsumen dapat langsung menentukan pembelian, serta strategi pengembangan usaha yang berkaitan dengan optimalisasi kemasan berupa menambahkan keterangan masa simpan produk, menggunakan segel plastik shrink, dan mempertimbangkan penggunaan thinwall 25 ml untuk wadah garam buah.       UD Bumiaji Sejahtera facing a decline in sales of rujak shake products in the last few months of 2023, as a result of suboptimal handling of consumer complaints. Therefore, it is necessary to handle measurable complaints by assessing and prioritizing improvements. The research objectives identify the attributes needed by consumers, determine consumer perceptions of rujak shake products and design product development strategies. The Kano Method is used to find true customer needs and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix to identify priority attributes for product development. Through this research, 11 attributes were obtained, namely long-lasting fruit, fruit is not mushy, sealed products, attractive packaging, product composition information, expirasion date information, net weight information, shelf life information, information of nutritional or vitamin content, spice level, and other seasoning variations; consumer perceptions of rujak shake products are quite good because they provide product testers to potential consumers so that consumers can immediately determine purchases, and business development strategies related to packaging optimization in the form of adding product shelf life information, using plastic seals, and considering the use of 25 ml thin wall for fruit salt containers.
