      Strategi Penanganan Risiko Pemasaran Jamur Tiram di CV Sumber Urip Farm

      Abstract
      Komoditas jamur merupakan komoditas yang paling banyak penjualan di CV Sumber. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi sumber risiko pemasaran dan menghitung kemungkinan terjadinya risiko dan dampak terjadinya risiko menggunakan metode analisis probabilitas menggunakan nilai Z-score dan Value at Risk (VaR). Kemudian dipetakan kedalam peta risiko untuk mengetahui strategi penanganan yang tepat untuk menangani risiko berdasarkan tingkat probabilitas dan dampak. Kemudian ditetapkan suatu strategi penanganan yang kemudian dianalisis finansialnya untuk mengetahui perubahan perbandingan penerimaan dan keuntungan atas biaya menggunakan metode R/C rasio. Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai probabilitas adalah untuk risiko kerusakan akibat pengiriman, risiko produk tidak laku, risiko jamur tiram rusak saat pengemasasan secara berturut-turut adalah 39%, 46% dan 22% dan nilai VaR untuk masing-masing sumber risiko adalah sebesar Rp407.525,00, Rp14.350.500,00 dan Rp39.639.976,00. Risiko tergolong risiko dengan dampak besar sehingga strategi penanganannya adalah mitigasi. Strategi mitigasi yang dipilih adalah membuat jamur tiram kering. Berdasarkan hasil analisis R/C rasio adalah 1,53.
       
      Mushrooms are the most widely sold commodity at CV Sumber Urip. This research aims to identify sources of marketing risk and calculate the possibility of risk occurring and the impact of risk using probability analysis methods using Z-score and Value at Risk (VaR) values. Then it is mapped into a risk map to determine the appropriate handling strategy to handle risks based on the level of probability and impact. Then a handling strategy is determined which is then financially analyzed to determine changes in the ratio of revenue and profit over costs using the R/C ratio method. Based on the calculation of probability values, the risk of damage due to shipping, the risk of the product not being sold, and the risk of oyster mushrooms being damaged during packaging are respectively 39%, 46%, and 22% and the (VaR) value for each source of risk is IDR 407,525. IDR 14,350,500 and IDR 39,639,976. The risk is classified as a risk with a large impact so the handling strategy is mitigation. The mitigation strategy chosen was to dry oyster mushrooms. Based on the results of the R/C analysis it is 1.53.
