      Abstract
      DD Orchid Nursery setiap hari melakukan kegiatan budidaya tanaman hias anggrek yang menghasilkan berbagai limbah organik. Salah satunya yaitu limbah kulit pisang yang dihasilkan dari proses pembuatan media tanam kultur jaringan bibit anggrek. Limbah-limbah yang dihasilkan tidak diolah atau dimanfaatkan, melainkan langsung dibuang dan berdampak pada lingkungan. Salah satu solusi alternatif permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan pemanfaatan limbah kulit pisang menjadi produk berupa pupuk organik cair. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merumuskan ide pengembangan bisnis, menganalisis sikap konsumen terhadap pupuk organik cair, menganalisis aspek non finansial dan aspek finansial pengembangan bisnis. Pemilihan responden dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 35 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil skor sikap konsumen dari 11 atribut terhadap pupuk organik cair berada pada kategori “Baik” dan bisnis pupuk organik cair dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan berdasarkan aspek non finansial dan hasil perhitungan finansial.
       
      DD Orchid Nursery carries out ornamental orchid cultivation activities every day, which produce various organic waste. One of them is banana peel waste, which is produced from the process of making culture planting media for orchid seeds. The waste produced is not processed or utilized, but is immediately thrown away and has an impact on the environment. The alternative solution to this problem is to utilize banana peel waste into a product in the form of liquid organic fertilizer. The aim of this research is to formulate business development ideas, analyze consumer attitudes towards liquid organic fertilizer, analyze non-financial aspects and financial aspects of business development. The selection of respondents using the purposive sampling method was limited to 35 people. The results of this research show that the consumer attitude scores from 11 attributes towards liquid organic fertilizer are in the “Good” category and the liquid organic fertilizer business is feasible to run based on non financial aspects and financial calculations.
