      Abstract
      Peternakan domba dan kambing di Indonesia mempunyai potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan. Ibadah akikah merupakan faktor pendorong permintaan terhadap domba dan kambing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen, menganalisis atribut-atribut paling penting bagi konsumen, merumuskan strategi perbaikan atribut untuk meningkatkan pendapatan, dan menganalisis aspek finansial sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan atribut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah importance performance analysis (IPA) dan analisis finansial. Hasil dari penelitian adalah karakteristik konsumen mayoritas perempuan, berusia 21-30 tahun, bekerja di sektor swasta, berdomisili di Bogor, dan memiliki 1 anak. Atribut yang penting yaitu aroma makanan yang menggugah selera, kemudahan dalam menghubungi admin, kesesuaian harga dengan kualitas, admin memberikan informasi yang jelas, admin mampu meyakinkan dan dapat dipercaya konsumen, dan porsi sesuai harapan. Pada laporan laba/rugi terjadi kenaikan laba bersih setelah perbaikan atribut. Selain itu, pada analisis r/c ratio menunjukkan bahwa manfaat yang diharapkan melebihi biaya yang dikeluarkan.
       
      Sheep and goat farming in Indonesia has great potential to be developed. The akikah service is a driving factor in the demand for sheep and goats. The objectives of this study were to identify consumer characteristics, analyze the most important attributes for consumers, formulate attribute improvement strategies to increase revenue, and analyze financial aspects before and after attribute improvement. The methods used in this research are importance performance analysis (IPA) and financial analysis. The results of the study are the characteristics of consumers who are mostly female, aged 21-30 years, working in the private sector, live in Bogor, and have 1 child. Important attributes are appetizing food aroma, ease of contacting the admin, price compatibility with quality, admin provides clear information, admin is able to convince and can be trusted by consumers, and portions as expected. On the profit/loss statement, there was an increase in net profit after the attribute improvements. In addition, the r/c ratio analysis shows that the expected benefits exceed the costs incurred.
