Abstract

Penelitan ini memiliki dua tujuan utama yaitu : (1) untuk mengetahui kerugian yang dialami perusahaan akibat adanya bibit yang tidak tumbuh. (2) melakukan efisiensi pembelian bibit dengan melakukan metode sambung pucuk pada bibit yang tidak tumbuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis R/C rasio dan pehitungan laba rugi. Hasil penelitian kerugian yang dialami perusahaan akibat adanya bibit yang tidak tumbuh pada saat sebelum menggunakan metode sambung pucuk sebanyak 592 bibit dengan total biaya yang keluar Rp 117,750,00 dan pada saat setelah menggunakan metode sambung pucuk bibit yang tidak tumbuh sebanyak 258 dengan total biaya yang keluar Rp 521,000,000. Hasil penelitian menggunakan R/C rasio menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini layak dilanjutkan, peningkatan R/C rasio dari 2,1 menjadi 2,7
