      Abstract
      PT Sumco Indonesia, sebagai perusahaan manufaktur, menghadapi tantangan dalam proses pemantauan produksi karena masih bergantung pada Microsoft Excel. Sistem ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam kecepatan pemrosesan data dan visualisasi informasi secara real-time, yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam mendeteksi masalah produksi dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan produksi otomatis berbasis Streamlit untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Metode Scrum digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja pengembangan sistem, dengan tahapan Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, dan Sprint Retrospective. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemantauan produksi berbasis Streamlit berhasil diimplementasikan dan memberikan manfaat berupa visualisasi data yang interaktif dan real-time, serta otomatisasi analisis data, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi pemantauan produksi di PT Sumco Indonesia.
       
      PT Sumco Indonesia, as a manufacturing company, faces challenges in the production monitoring process as it still relies on Microsoft Excel. This system has limitations in data processing speed and real-time visualization of information, which causes delays in detecting production problems and decision making. This research aims to design and implement a Streamlit-based automated production monitoring system to address these issues. The Scrum method is used as the system development framework, with the stages Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. The results showed that the Streamlit-based production monitoring system was successfully implemented and provided benefits in the form of interactive and real-time data visualization, as well as data analysis automation, which contributed to improving production monitoring efficiency at PT Sumco Indonesia.
