      Abstract
      ABSTRAK RITA PRASETIANINGSIH. Pengembangan Bisnis Sabun Organik Pada DD Orchid Nursery. Dibimbing oleh ANITA RISTIANINGRUM. Anggrek Dendrobium spp. pada DD Orchid Nursery saat dewasa menggunakan media tanam arang. Sisa media tersebut belum terkontaminasi dan tidak dimanfaatkan. Arang tersebut dapat diubah menjadi arang aktif dan diolah menjadi sabun organik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan ide dan menyusun pengembangan bisnis, analisis sikap konsumen, dan analisis kelayakan terhadap produk sabun organik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di DD Orchid Nursery pada Bulan Juli hingga Januari 2024. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis fishbein, analisis non finansial dan analisis finansial. Hasil analisis sikap konsumen yaitu produk dikatakan baik terdapat pada interval 8,8 <Ao =26,4. Analisis finansial dikatakan layak, dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp372.304.302, IRR sebesar 81%, Gross B/C sebesar 1,3, Net B/C sebesar 7,3 dan payback period selama 2 tahun 8 bulan. Analisis switching value menoleransi perubahan maksimum penurunan produksi dan harga jual sebesar 24,22% serta peningkatan harga input sebesar 258,06%.       ABSTRACT RITA PRASETIANINGSIH. Business Development of Organic Soap at DD Orchid Nursery. Supervised by ANITA RISTIANINGRUM. Dendrobium spp orchid in DD Orchid Nursery, when mature, uses charcoal as planting media. The remaining media is not contamined and not used. The charcoal can be transformed into active charcoal and processed to be organic soap. The aim of this study is to formulate ideas and develop business development, consumer attitude analysis, and feasibility analysis of organic soap products. This study was conducted in DD Orchid Nursery from July to January 2024. The analysis used was Fishbein analysis, nonfinancial analysis, and financial analysis. The results of consumer attitude analysis showed that the product stated good because it was in the interval of 8.8 <Ao 26.4. The financial analysis was stated feasible with NPV of IDR 372,204,302, IRR of 81%, Gross B/C of 1.3, Net B/C of 7.3, and a payback period of 2 years 8 months. The switching value analysis tolerated a maximum transformation in the production and selling prices of 24.22% and an increase in input prices of 258.06%.
