      Proses Pengambilan Keputusan dan Kepuasan Konsumen dalam Pembelian Cokelat di Kampung Coklat Blitar.

      Abstract
      Kampung Coklat Blitar merupakan perusahaan yang mengolah biji kakao menjadi cokelat siap saji sebagi oleh-oleh khas Blitar. Kenaikan jumlah wisatawan yang datang ke daerah Blitar membuat persaingan akan industri makanan menjadi semakin meningkat terutama dalam penjualan cokelat, sehingga adanya penurunan penjualan terhadap Kampung Coklat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi proses keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan konsumen Kampung Coklat. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode convience sampling dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang. Dalam menganalisis kepuasan konsumen digunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance-performance analysis (IPA). Hasil perhitungan CSI adalah sebesar 71,92 yang menunjukkan bahwa konsumen Kampung Coklat Blitar merasa puas dengan atribut perusahaan, dan yang menjadi prioritas utama yang harus diperhatikan oleh pihak manajemen perusahaan yaitu harga, promosi dan alat pembayaran non-tunai yang berada di kuadran I.
       
      Kampung Coklat Blitar is a company that processes cocoa beans into readyto-eat chocolate as a typical souvenir of Blitar. The increase in the number of tourists coming to the Blitar area has increased competition in the food industry, especially in chocolate sales, resulting in a decline in sales of Kampung Coklat. The purpose of this study is to identify the purchasing decision process and customer satisfaction of Kampung Coklat. The method in this study uses convenience sampling method with 100 respondents. In analyzing customer satisfaction, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance-performance analysis (IPA) methods were used. The result of the CSI calculation is 71.92, which shows that consumers of Kampung Coklat Blitar are satisfied with the company's attributes, and the main priorities that must be considered by the company management are price, promotion and non-cash payment instruments which are in quadrant I.
