      Abstract

Intensive fish farming plays a significant role in increasing production capacity, and adequate. Aeration is one of the most important production inputs in intensive aquaculture. The purpose of creating a prototype of aquaculture named "Aeration System Alarm" (ALISTERA) is to design, create, and test a prototype of an early warning system for malfunctions in pressurized aeration systems applied to intensive fish. The methods used were identifying problems, creating designs, products, and testing prototypes. The result of this activity is a pressurized aeration system alarm prototype that can function to provide a danger sign when aeration malfunction occurs. The test result of the pressure sensor reading for the AMARA AA-22 aerator was 18,75 kPa. In the second test, the Resun LP-60 aerator was 40,8 kPa. The final test for the Resun LP-100 aerator was 45,23 kPa. This prototype provides output in the form of pressure values, status displayed on the LCD and danger signals in the form of buzzer sounds and lights emitting diode (LED) lights. Based on the results of the design, manufacture, and testing, this prototype can be used as a detector and marker of malfunctions in pressurized aeration system in fish farming
