      Abstract
      Proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ketidaktepatan dosis pupuk pada proses penguntilan terhadap produksi tanaman kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.). Pengamatan difokuskan pada proses penguntilan pupuk dengan membandingkan takaran pupuk dari ember dan takaran pupuk dari pipa. Pengambilan sampel untilan dilakukan sebanyak 30 sampel pada masing-masing alat takaran dan dilakukan penimbangan menggunakan timbangan digital. Hasil sampel penimbangan kemudian dijadikan sebagai perbandingan untuk membandingkan anggaran yang digunakan pada proses pemupukan kelapa sawit dan produksi kelapa sawit pada bulan Januari-April 2023 dan bulan Januari-April 2024 yang dihasilkan di PT Supra Matra Abadi Kebun Aek Nabara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan takaran pupuk pipa dapat menekan anggaran pemupukan dan dosis pada proses untilan sesuai dengan rekomendasi, sehingga dapat menurunkan anggara pemupukan yang terjadi di perusahaan tersebut. Data produksi kelapa sawit pada tahun 2024 mengalami peningkatan yang baik pada penggunaan dosis pupuk yang sesuai dengan rekomendasi perusahaan.
       
      The purpose of this final project is to determine the impact of fertilizer dosage inaccuracies during the fertilization process on oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) production. The observation focuses on the fertilization process by comparing the fertilizer measurements from a bucket and those from a pipe. Thirty samples of the fertilization process were taken using each measuring tool, and the weights were recorded using a digital scale. The sample weight results were then used for comparison, assessing the budget used for oil palm fertilization and the oil palm production from January to April 2023 and January to April 2024 at PT. Supra Matra Abadi Aek Nabara Estate. The research findings indicated that using pipebased fertilizer measurements could reduce the fertilization budget and ensure proper dosage during the fertilization process, in line with the company’s recommendations. Oil palm production data for 2024 showed significant improvement when using the recommended fertilizer dosage.
