Lumbung Stroberi merupakan salah satu perusahaan penghasil buah stroberi di Desa Pandanrejo, Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Dalam mendapatkan buah stroberi segar, terdapat beberapa buah stroberi yang tidak lolos dari proses sortasi dan grading namun masih layak dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen dan kelayakan usaha pada pendirian unit bisnis Strawberry Pie. Metode analisis yang digunakan terdiri dari analisis preferensi konsumen, analisis non finansial, dan analisis finansial. Analisis preferensi konsumen dalam mengkonsumsi Strawberry Pie yaitu rasa manis, tekstur renyah, dan harga Rp10.000. Analisis non finansial pada aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek produksi, aspek organisasi dan manajemen, dan aspek kolaborasi sudah dikatakan layak begitu juga dengan analisis finansial dikatakan layak dijalankan, dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp162.982.828; IRR sebesar 47,34%; Net B/C sebesar 4,09; Gross B/C sebesar 1,25, dan Payback period 3,0. Hasil dari analisis Switching Value menunjukkan batas toleransi perubahan penurunan produksi maksimum sebesar 20,12% dan peningkatan harga input telur sebesar 299,00% agar bisnis tetap layak dijalankan. | |

Strawberry Barn is one of the strawberry producing companies in Pandanrejo Village, Batu City, East Java. In getting fresh strawberries, there are several strawberries that do not pass the sorting and grading process but are still suitable for consumption. This study aims to analyze consumer preferences and business feasibility in the establishment of Strawberry Pie business units. The analysis methods used consist of consumer preference analysis, non-financial analysis, and financial analysis. Analysis of consumer preferences in consuming Strawberry Pie, namely sweet taste, crispy texture, price Rp10.000. Non-financial analysis on market and marketing aspects, production aspects, organizational and management aspects, and collaboration aspects have been said to be feasible as well as financial analysis is said to be feasible, with an NPV value of Rp162.982.828; IRR of 47,34%; Net B/C of 4,09; Gross B/C of 1,25, and Payback period of 3,0. The results of the Switching Value analysis show that the maximum production decrease change tolerance limit is 20,12% and the egg input price increase is 299,00% so that the business remains feasible. | |
