dc.description.abstractPerusahaan Kopi Luwak MB memiliki grade yang tidak terjual atau belum memiliki permintaan yaitu kopi luwak grade B. Tujuan dari pengembangan bisnis cookies luwak coffee untuk mengetahui aspek finansial, non finansial dan analisis nilai tambah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis finansial, analisis non finansial dan nilai tambah dengan metode hayami. Hasil dari analisis non finansial didapat strategi pemasaran dan bauran pemasaran serta potensi pasar yang tersedia. Hasil aspek organisasi dan manajemen, aspek sosial, ekonomi dan budaya serta aspek lingkungan layak untuk diusahakan. Hasil dari analisis uji hedonik didapat bahwa panelis suka terhadap produk. Hasil dari analisis finansial didapat penerimaan sebesar Rp 27.000.000 dengan harga jual produk Rp 90.000, analisis kelayakan RC ratio sebesar 1,49. Analisis BEP produksi sebesar 51 Pack dan BEP harga Rp 4.570.840, payback period selama 39 hari dan Return of investement sebesar 77%. Pengembangan cookies dari kopi luwak grade B ini memberikan nilai tambah sebesar Rp 21.676.867.
dc.description.abstractKopi Luwak MB Company has unsold or unrequested grade B luwak coffee. The goal of developing the luwak coffee cookies business is to assess the financial aspects, non-financial aspects, and value addition. The methods used include financial analysis, non-financial analysis, and value addition analysis using the hayami method. From the non-financial analysis, marketing strategies, the marketing mix, and available market potential have been identified. The results regarding organizational and management aspects, social, economic and cultural aspects, as well as environmental aspects, are deemed feasible for business. The hedonic test results show that the panelists like the product. The financial analysis results show revenue of IDR 27,000,000 with a product selling price of IDR 90,000, and a feasibility RC ratio of 1.49. The break even point (BEP) for production is 51 packs, and the BEP price is IDR 4,570,840. The payback period is 39 days, and the return on investment is 77%. The development of cookies from grade B luwak coffee value added of IDR 21,676,867.
