      Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Telur Ayam Omega-3 Rendah Kolestrol pada PT Agrikencana Perkasa

      Abstract
      PT Agrikencana Perkasa merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bisnis telur omega-3 rendah kolestrol. Wilayah pemasaran telur omega rendah kolestrol masih kecil hanya di wilayah kabupaten Klaten sehingga menyebabkan penjualan kurang optimal. Tujuan penelitian yaitu merumuskan alternatif strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2023 hingga Januari 2024 berlokasi di PT Agrikencana Perkasa, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan analisis lingkungan IFE dan EFE dan IE perusahaan berada pada kuadran 1 (tumbuh dan dibangun). Rekomendasi strategi berdasarkan pembobotan QSPM dengan skor tertinggi yaitu strategi pemasaran dengan melakukan kegiatan promosi dengan skor TAS 6,96. Kegiatan promosi dilakukan dengan melakukan pameran, bazzar dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Dengan diterapkannya strategi pemasaran dengan kegiatan promosi dapat meningkatkan penjualan telur omega-3 rendah kolestrol pada PT Agrikencana Perkasa.
       
      PT Agrikencana Perkasa is one of the companies engaged in the business of low-cholesterol omega-3 eggs. The marketing area of low-cholesterol omega eggs is still small only in the Klaten regency area, causing sales to be less than optimal. The purpose of the research is to formulate alternative marketing strategies that are appropriate. The research was conducted from November 2023 to January 2024 at PT Agrikencana Perkasa, Klaten Regency, Central Java. Based on the IFE and EFE and IE environmental analysis, the company is in quadrant 1 (growing and building). Strategy recommendations based on the weighting of QSPM with the highest score are marketing strategies by carrying out promotional activities with a TAS score of 6.96. Promotional activities are carried out by conducting exhibitions, bazzar and socialization to the community. The implementation of marketing strategies with promotional activities can increase sales of low-cholesterol omega-3 eggs at PT Agrikencana Perkasa..
