      Abstract
      Persaingan pasar benih melon di Indonesia semakin ketat dan permintaan benih melon Green Flash belum menunjukkan perkembangan yang sesuai dengan keinginan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan terhadap benih melon Green Flash, menganalisis perbaikan prioritas untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap benih melon Green Flash, dan merumuskan implikasi manajerial untuk memperbaiki atribut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap dua responden. Pengambilan responden dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah rating scale dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil rating scale menunjukkan kepuasan pelanggan berada pada kategori sangat puas dengan skor 96,7% dan 90%. Atribut perbaikan yang diutamakan oleh perusahaan berada dalam kuadran I yaitu daya tumbuh benih dan produktivitas. Implikasi manajerial yang diterapkan yaitu peningkatan pengawasan produksi benih melon Green Flash dan pemberian saran teknis budi daya yang lebih tepat kepada pelanggan.
       
      The competition in the melon seed market in Indonesia is getting tighter and the demand for Green Flash melon has not yet shown a development in line with the company wants. Therefore, the study aims to analyze customer satisfaction with Green Flash melon seeds, analyze priority improvements to increase customer satisfaction with the Green Flash melon seed, and formulate managerial implications for improving attributes. The study was conducted using a case study approach on two respondents. Respondents are taken with purposive sampling. The analytical methods used are the rating scale and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the rating scale show that customer satisfaction is in the category of highly satisfied, with a score of 96,7% and 90%. The improvement attributes that are prioritized by the company are in quadrant I, namely seed growth and productivity. The managerial implications are increased oversight of Green Flash melon seed production and providing more appropriate technical advice to customers.
