Pencatatan Transaksi Keuangan dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi SI APIK pada Percetakan Permata Runggu

Abstract

UMKM sering mengalami kesulitan dalam pencatatan keuangan usahanya, salah satunya Percetakan Permata Runggu. Oleh sebab itu, penulis ingin membantu permasalahan tersebut dengan merekomendasikan aplikasi SI APIK dalam pencatatan transaksi keuangannya. Adapun metode pengumpulan data laporan ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, serta studi pustaka yang didukung dengan metode analisis deskriptif serta tiga metode implementasi aplikasi, yaitu pengedukasian dan sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan pengawasan penggunaan aplikasi, serta evaluasi. Hasil dari pembahasan yaitu UMKM belum melakukan pencatatan keuangan pada usahanya, alur penggunaan aplikasi SI APIK dalam pencatatan transaksi keuangan meliputi empat tahap, penerapan aplikasi SI APIK pada usaha meliputi tiga tahap dan implementasi dan peningkatan literasi aplikasi SI APIK meliputi tiga tahap. Implementasi aplikasi SI APIK menghasilkan laporan keuangan usaha selama bulan Januari-Maret 2024. Adapun hasil evaluasi penggunaan aplikasi SI APIK dengan metode End-User Computing Satisfaction menunjukkan hasil yang positif disetiap variabelnya.

Therefore, the author wants to help with this problems by recommending the SI APIK application for recording financial transactions. The data collection methods for this report are interviews, observation, documentation and literature study which are supported by descriptive analysis methods and three application implementation methods, namely education and socialization, training, mentoring and supervision of application use, as well as evaluation. The results of the discussion are that MSMEs have not carried out financial records in their businesses, the flow of using SI APIK application in recording financial transactions includes four stages, the application of the SI APIK application in businesses includes three stages and the implementation and increase in literacy of the SI APIK application includes three stages. The implementation of the SI APIK application produces business financial reports for January-March 2024. The results of the evaluation of the use of the SI APIK application using the End-User Computing Satisfaction method show positive results for each variable.
