      Abstract
      PT Pagi Berkah Berjamaah mengalami kesulitan dalam memenuhi permintaan pasar terhadap komoditas pakcoy. Hal itu dikarenakan produksi pakcoy yang belum optimal di PT Pagi Berkah Berjamaah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang pengembangan bisnis dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi pakcoy. Kemudian akan dianalisis penerapan penambahan instalasi hidroponik komoditas pakcoy, peningkatan pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah pengembangan dan perbedaan rata-rata keuntungan usaha sebelum dan sesudah pengembangan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT sebagai perancangan pengembangan bisnis, analisis finansial untuk menghitung penerimaan dan keuntungan usaha serta uji-t untuk mengukur beda rata-rata keuntungan usaha dari penambahan instalasi hidroponik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penambahan instalasi hidroponik, perusahaan mencapai target produksi sebesar 85% yaitu 1.276 kg dari 1.500 kg. Penerimaan perusahaan meningkat sebesar Rp8.128.000, laba rugi sebesar Rp1.017.819, dan keuntungan tambahan sebesar Rp4.257.457 dari anggaran parsial. Nilai R/C ratio meningkat sebesar 0.02 yaitu 1.11 dari 1.09 dan dari uji-t dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata produksi sebelum dan sesudah pengembangan bisnis.
       
      PT Pagi Berkah Farm is a hydroponic company that cultivates various types of vegetables. However, the company has faced difficulties in meeting market demand for pakcoy due to suboptimal production. This study aims to design a business development strategy to enhance pakcoy production. The methods employed include SWOT analysis for business development planning, financial analysis to calculate revenue and business profits, and t-test to measure the difference in average business profits before and after development. The research findings indicate that with the addition of hydroponic installations, the company achieved 85% of its production target, specifically 1,276 kg out of 1,500 kg of pakcoy. The company's revenue increased by Rp8,128,000, with a net profit of Rp1,017,819 and additional profit of Rp4,257,457 from partial budgeting. The R/C ratio value increased from 1.09 to 1.11 and the t-test revealed a significant difference in average production before and after business development.
