      Pengembangan Supply Chain Management System Bisnis Produk Pertanian

      Abstract
      Potensi produk hortikultura di Indonesia sebagai komoditas pertanian membuka peluang pengembangan, terutama pada sektor buah-buahan, sayur-sayuran, obat-obatan, dan tanaman hias. Namun, terdapat kendala dalam manajemen rantai pasok, khususnya terkait penanganan produk yang cepat rusak dan kurangnya efisiensi dalam alur distribusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi Supply Chain Management (SCM) untuk proses bisnis produk pertanian guna mengatasi masalah manajemen rantai pasok produk hortikultura yang panjang dan tidak efisien. Dengan memanfaatkan metode Prototyping sebanyak dua iterasi, penelitian ini akan melibatkan komunikasi dengan stakeholder untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, perencanaan cepat untuk menetapkan prioritas, pemodelan desain sistem, konstruksi prototipe menggunakan teknologi ReactJS, NodeJS, dan MongoDB, serta tahap deployment, pengujian, dan umpan balik untuk perbaikan iteratif. Pengembangan SCM menghasilkan lima fungsi utama SCM yaitu tambah produk pertanian oleh pemasok dan produsen, manajemen stok produk pertanian oleh pemasok, bagi pesanan untuk pemasok oleh produsen, konfirmasi pesanan oleh pemasok, dan melihat informasi produk.
       
      The potential of horticultural products in Indonesia as a agricultural commodity opens up development opportunities, especially in the fruit, vegetable, medicinal, and ornamental plant sectors. However, there are obstacles in supply chain management, especially related to the handling of perishable products and lack of efficiency in the distribution flow. This research aims to develop a Supply Chain Management (SCM) information system for agricultural product business processes to overcome the problem of long and inefficient supply chain management of horticultural products. By utilizing the Prototyping method for two iterations, this research will involve communication with stakeholders to identify user needs, rapid planning to set priorities, system design modeling, prototype construction using React JS, Node JS, and MongoDB technologies, as well as deployment, testing, and feedback stages for iterative improvement. The development of SCM in the inventory system resulted in five main SCM functions, namely adding agricultural products by pemasoks and producers, stock management of agricultural products by pemasoks, sharing orders for pemasoks by producers, confirming orders by pemasoks, and viewing product information.
