      Estimasi Ketidakpastian Pengukuran Pada Metode Analisa Proksimat Tepung Terigu PT ABC President Indonesia

      Abstract
      PT ABC President Indonesia sebagai salah satu produsen mi melakukan analisa mutu untuk memastikan tepung terigu yang digunakan untuk pembuatan mi sesuai dengan spesifikasi industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami metode, parameter, serta cara perhitungan estimasi ketidakpastian pengukuran pada setiap pengujian analisa proksimat tepung terigu pada PT ABC President Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian langsung terhadap metode analisa proksimat yang digunakan yaitu uji kadar air, kadar abu, dan kadar protein. Hasil analisa diketahui bahwa hasil estimasi ketidakpastian pengukuran yang diperoleh dari uji kadar air yaitu sebesar 11.95% ± 0.03, kadar abu sebesar 0.52% ± 0.01 dan kadar protein sebesar 11.07% ± 0.12. Adapun hasil keberterimaan 10% yang diperoleh dari uji kadar air yaitu sebesar 1.195%, uji kadar abu sebesar 0.052%, dan uji kadar protein sebesar 1.107%. Berdasarkan hasil keberterimaan tersebut, dapat dinyatakan bahwa hasil evaluasi ketidakpastian menunjukkan pengujian proksimat yang dilakukan pada PT ABC President Indonesia adalah baik, karena nilai ketidakpastian diperluas yang diperoleh kurang dari 10% kadar sampel.
       
      PT ABC President Indonesia, as one of the noodle producers, conducts quality analysis to ensure that the wheat flour used for noodle production meets industrial specifications. The purpose of this study is to determine and understand the methods, parameters, and calculation techniques for estimating measurement uncertainty in each proximate analysis test of wheat flour at PT ABC President Indonesia. This study employs direct testing methods on proximate analysis, including tests for moisture content, ash content, and protein content. The analysis results reveal that the estimated measurement uncertainty obtained from the moisture content test is 11.95% ± 0.03, ash content is 0.52% ± 0.01, and protein content is 11.07% ± 0.12. The 10% acceptance results obtained from the moisture content test are 1.195%, ash content test is 0.052%, and protein content test is 1.107%. Based on these acceptance results, it can be concluded that the evaluation results of uncertainty indicate that the proximate testing conducted at PT ABC President Indonesia is good, as the expanded uncertainty values obtained are less than 10% of the sample content.
