| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini membandingkan nilai angka kerapatan panen (AKP) pada H-7 dan H-1 di kebun PT Sari Aditya Loka 1, afdeling Alpha, pada November 2023. Pengamatan dilakukan di dua seksi panen (D dan E) dengan tiga blok masing-masing. Data primer dikumpulkan langsung pada H-1, sedangkan data sekunder dari form taksasi produksi harian mandor panen. Hasil menunjukkan selisih antara AKP SOP perusahaan dan realisasi panen sebesar 1-6%, dan pengamatan mandiri sebesar 1-4%. Pengamatan menunjukkan beberapa kegagalan dalam mencapai nilai AKP akurat sesuai SOP perusahaan dan penentuan kebutuhan transportasi panen yang belum sesuai dengan realisasi, menyebabkan penumpukan tandan buah segar yang berisiko meningkatkan asam lemak bebas. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | This study compares the harvest density rate (AKP) values on seven days last ago and a day before at PT Sari Aditya Loka 1, afdeling Alpha, in November 2023. Observations were conducted in two harvest sections (D and E), each with three blocks. Primary data was collected directly on H-1, while secondary data came from the daily production estimation forms filled out by the harvest foreman. The results show a discrepancy between the company SOP AKP and the actual harvest ranging from 1-6%, and the independent observations showed a discrepancy of 1-4%. The study found several failures in achieving accurate AKP values according to the company SOP and determining the harvest transportation needs, resulting in an accumulation of fresh fruit bunches that risk increasing free fatty acids. | |
