A teacher's health plays an important role in the teaching and learning process. Various kinds of nutritional problems in teachers or adults can occur, one of which is obesity. This research uses a cross-sectional study design. The subjects in this research were 26 Islamic Kindergarten teachers A;-Ukhuwah Tangerang. Subjects were drawn using purposive sampling. Data on the subject's food consumption patterns was determined using the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) and the level of nutritional adequacy, amount and type of food consumed using 2x24 hour food recall. For data processing and analysis, Microsoft Excel 2013 and the SPSS 16.0 for Windows were used. Energy adequacy is 30.8%, moderate deficit, excess protein and fat is 34.6% and 50%. Twelve of the 26 subjects were declared to be severely obese. There was no correlation between food consumption patterns (staple food (r=0.138), side dishes (r=0.363), vegetables (r=0.319), and fruit (r=0.355)) with the subject's nutritional status. The level of nutritional adequacy is also not related to nutritional status. This can be seen from the p-value of each level of sufficiency, namely energy (p=0.358), protein (p=0.627), fat (p=0.985) and carbohydrates (p=0.993). Keywords: Nutritional status, nutritional knowledge, food consumption pattern
