      Abstract
      Sapi perah sebagai salah satu hewan ternak dengan penghasil limbah padat kotoran dalam jumlah banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan limbah padat kotoran sapi sebagai bahan baku alternatif pembuatan batako yang dapat menjadi suatu unit bisnis baru. Metode yang digunakan analisis nilai tambah dan analisis studi kelayakan bisnis. Nilai tambah yang dihasilkan sejumlah 72% dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp6.500. Berdasarkan aspek pasar, teknis, organisasi, sumber daya manusia, dan kolaborasi produk batako dengan bahan baku alternatif limbah padat kotoran sapi layak dilaksanakan karena memiliki potensi untuk dijual. Dari segi pasar dan teknis dapat dikatakan layak karena mudah distribusikan. Selain itu, dari segi organisasi, sumber daya manusia, dan kolaborasi dapat dikatakan layak karena dapat membuka peluang kerja masyarakat sekitar dan kerja sama dengan supplier terdekat. Secara finansial, pada hasil NPV mencapai Rp1.147.089.548, IRR sebesar 55,58%, Net B/C sebesar 4,37%, Gross B/C sebesar 1,276, dan Payback Period selama 2,84 tahun. Dengan analisis yang telah dilakukan, maka unit bisnis baru ini dapat diimplementasikan.
       
      Dairy cows as one of the livestock with a large amount of manure solid waste. This research aims to implement cow dung solid waste as an alternative raw material for brick making that can become a new business unit. The methods used involved value-added analysis and business feasibility study analysis. Based on the market, technical, organizational, human resources, and collaboration aspects, brick products with alternative raw materials of cow dung solid waste are feasible because they have the potential to be sold. In terms of market and technical, it can be said to be feasible because it is easy to distribute. In addition, in terms of organization, human resources, and collaboration, it can be said to be feasible because it can open up employment opportunities for the surrounding community and cooperation with nearby suppliers. Financially, the NPV results reached Rp1,147,089,548, IRR of 55.58%, Net B/C of 4.37%, Gross B/C of 1.276, and Payback Period of 2.84 years. With the analysis that has been done, this new business unit can be implemented.
