      Analisis Preferensi Konsumen Terhadap Sayuran Hidroponik Petani Lokal Bandung

      Abstract
      Sayuran hidroponik diminati karena lebih renyah, tahan lama, dan minim pestisida sehingga masyarakat juga mulai hidup sehat dengan mengonsumsinya. Petani Lokal mengirim produknya ke kota besar di Jawa Barat, namun banyak produk yang kembali karena adanya pesaing dengan kualitas lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kerakteristik konsumen dan preferensi konsumen sayuran hidroponik Petani Lokal Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis konjoin dengan 100 responden dari konsumen sayuran hidroponik khususnya komoditas selada di Bogor Junction. Sampel dipilih secara convinience nonprobability sampling. Mayoritas konsumen adalah wanita usia 36- 45 tahun, berpendidikan diploma 4 atau sarjana, sudah menikah, berprofesi sebagai Ibu Rumah Tangga, dengan pendapatan di atas Rp 4.000.000 per bulan. Preferensi konsumen terhadap sayuran hidroponik komoditas selada meliputi warna hijau muda, tekstur tidak bolong, harga variasi, kemasan plastik disegel, dan ukuran variasi.
       
      Hydroponic vegetables are in demand because they are crunchier, longerlasting, and have less pesticides, so people are also starting to live healthier lives by consuming them. Petani Lokal send their products to major cities in West Java, but many products are returned due to competitors with better quality. This study aims to analyze the consumer characteristics and consumer preferences of Petani Lokal hydroponic vegetables. This research uses descriptive analysis and conjoin analysis with 100 respondents from hydroponic vegetable consumers, especially lettuce commodities at Bogor Junction. The sample was selected by convinience nonprobability sampling. The majority of consumers are women aged 36-45 years, have a diploma 4 or bachelor's degree, are married, work as housewives, with an income above Rp 4,000,000 per month. Consumer preferences for lettuce commodity hydroponic vegetables include light green color, texture without holes, variation in price, sealed plastic packaging, and variation in size.
