The use of Internet of Things technology in the fisheries sector is increasingly important to ensure optimal environmental conditions for ornamental fish. The Internet of Things allows real-time data monitoring, so a water monitoring tool was designed using a pH-4502C sensor and a DS18B20 temperature sensor, which can be monitored via an I2C LCD and the Blynk application at the Ornamental Fish Cultivation Research Institute. This research compares the performance of the pH meter sensor with the pH-4502C and the thermometer with the DS18B20 sensor using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) analysis technique. Based on the data and calculations obtained, the DS18B20 sensor shows an average error of 0.49% in temperature measurements compared to a thermometer. Meanwhile, the pH-4502C sensor has an average error of 3.81% in pH measurements compared to a pH meter. Test results show that this tool is able to provide pH and water temperature readings with good accuracy. It is hoped that this tool can help increase efficiency and effectiveness in ornamental fish cultivation.
