Analisis User Experience IPB Mobile for Student Menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)

Abstract

Aplikasi IPB Mobile for Student merupakan layanan berbasis mobile smartphone yang terintegrasi dan melengkapi layanan-layanan digital lainnya yang telah dirilis oleh IPB University melalui Lembaga Manajemen Informasi dan Transformasi Digital pada tahun 2018. User experience (UX) menjadi hal penting untuk diperhatikan pada pengembangan produk untuk mengeksplorasi dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Pengukuran nilai user experience IPB Mobile for Student dilakukan dengan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) yang dapat memberikan hasil pengukuran yang komprehensif terhadap pengalaman pengguna dengan menggunakan alat ukur Data Analysis Tools versi 12 dalam format excel. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 602 responden pengguna aplikasi IPB Mobile for Student yang merupakan mahasiswa multistrata IPB University. Hasil menunjukkan nilai UX IPB Mobile for Student mendapatkan evaluasi positif dengan melihat nilai mean dan variance untuk semua skala, sedangkan jika dibandingkan dengan dataset, hasil benchmark menunjukkan hasil “Excellent” pada setiap skala pengukuran, sehingga dapat disimpulkan kualitas UX IPB Mobile for Student sudah sangat baik.

IPB Mobile for Students application is a mobile smartphone-based service that is integrated and complements other digital services that have been released by IPB University through the Institute for Information Management and Digital Transformation in 2018. User experience (UX) is an important thing to pay attention to in product development for explore and meet user needs. IPB Mobile for Students user experience value measurement is carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire method which can provide comprehensive measurement results of user experience using the Data Analysis Tools version 12 measuring tool in excel format. The sample used in this research was 602 respondents who used the IPB Mobile for Students application who were IPB University multi-strata students. The result show that the IPB Mobile for Student UX value received a positive evaluation by looking at the Mean and Variance values for all scales, while when compared with the dataset, the benchmark results show “Excellent” results on each measurement scale, so it can be concluded that the quality of the IPB Mobile for Student UX is very good.
