      Abstract
      CV Green Estate Hidroponik merupakan perusahaan agribisnis yang berfokus pada budi daya baby romaine. Produksi CV Green Estate Hidroponik belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pasar karena keterbatasan kapasitas produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menyusun komponen perencanaan peningkatan produksi baby romaine yang dilihat dari aspek non finansial dan aspek finansial serta menyusun pola penjadwalan pendirian greenhouse dan instalasi Nutrient Film Technique (NFT). Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Studi Kelayakan Bisnis (SKB) serta Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) dan Critical Path Method (CPM). Hasil analisis kelayakan dari aspek non finansial dan finansial dikatakan layak, dengan nilai Net Present Value sebesar Rp1.305.838.735,52; Internal Rate of Return sebesar 61,93%; Net B/C Ratio sebesar 4,36; Gross B/C Ratio sebesar 1,64; dan Payback Period selama 2 tahun 9 bulan. Penjadwalan proyek pendirian greenhouse dan instalasi NFT yang terdiri dari 12 aktivitas dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu 60 hari.
       
      CV Green Estate Hidroponik is an agribusiness company focusing on cultivating baby romaine. The production capacity of CV Green Estate Hidroponik has not been able to meet market demands due to limitations. This study aims to develop a plan for increasing baby romaine production capacity, considering both non-financial and financial aspects, and to schedule the construction of the greenhouse and Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) installation. The analysis methods used include Business Feasibility Study (BFS), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), and Critical Path Method (CPM). The feasibility analysis indicates viability, with a Net Present Value of Rp1.305.838.735,52; Internal Rate of Return of 61,93%; Net B/C Ratio of 4,36; Gross B/C Ratio of 1.64; and a Payback Period of 2 years 9 months. The project scheduling for constructing the greenhouse and NFT installation, comprising 12 activities, can be completed within 60 days.
