dc.description.abstractProses pengawasan mutu produk sangatlah penting terutama bagi industri yang bergerak di bidang pangan olahan beku dan meliputi seluruh kegiatan mulai dari bahan baku, proses produksi hingga produk akhir. PT Dmamam Sehatin Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi bebagai macam produk makanan beku terdapat 6 varian produk best seller. Produk best seller yang dihasilkan tentu memerlukan kualitas kemasan terbaik agar kualitas produk tetap terjaga sampai ke konsumen. Saat ini, masih terdapat kualitas produk terkait kemasan reject yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan perusahaan untuk didistribusikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor umum yang mempengaruhi reject produk, serta mengetahui usulan perbaikan pada produk best seller yang tepat untuk diterapkan di PT Dmamam Sehatin Indonesia. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi bagan kendali u, diagram pareto, dan diagram ishikawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan reject dominan ada pada vakum terbuka sebanyak 321 pack (56%) dan hilang tanggal sebanyak 175 pack (30%) dua dari empat jenis reject kemasan termasuk ke dalam golongan vital few yang memerlukan tindakan perbaikan. Analisis diagram ishikawa mengidentifikasi faktor manusia, mesin, metode, dan material sebagai penyebab reject kemasan produk.
dc.description.abstractThe product quality control process is important, especially for industries operating in the frozen processed food sector and covers all activities from raw materials, production processes to final products. PT Dmamam Sehatin Indonesia is a company that produces various kinds of frozen food products, there are 6 best seller product variants. Product best seller the product produced certainly requires the best quality packaging so that the quality of the product is maintained until it reaches consumers. Currently, there is still product quality related to rejected packaging that does not meet the company's requirements for distribution. This research aims to identify common influencing factors reject products, as well as knowing proposed improvements to the product best seller which is appropriate to be implemented at PT Dmamam Sehatin Indonesia. Data analysis used includes u control charts, Pareto charts and diagrams ishikawa. The research results show reject dominant is in the open vacuum of 321 pack (56%) and 175 missing dates pack (30%) two of four types reject packaging is included in the group vital few which requires corrective action. Analyze the diagram ishikawa identify human, machine, method and material factors as causes reject product packaging.
