Pengembangan Kandang Closed House Bertingkat pada Usaha Ayam Broiler di PT Rismawan Pratama Bersinar
Abstract
Pengelolaan produksi ayam broiler sangat penting dilakukan untuk
mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dalam usaha peternakan. PT Rismawan Pratama
Bersinar berlokasi di Warung Kiara Kabupaten Sukabumi adalah perusahaan
peternakan ayam broiler. Perusahaan ini memasarkan ayam broiler hidup. Namun
keterbatasan lahan menjadi kendala utama. Pembangunan kandang closed house
bertingkat dapat mengatasi keterbatasan lahan produksi ayam broiler dengan
menggunakan sistem kandang closed house dapat menyediakan udara dan kondisi
ruangan yang baik. Pembangunan kandang closed house bertingkat bertujuan untuk
memenuhi permintaan broker dengan merancang tahapan pengembangan kandang
closed house bertingkat dan menganalisis kelayakan secara non finansial dan
finansial. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif.
Pengembangan kandang closed house bertingkat secara non finansial (PERT/CPM,
aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen, aspek hukum, aspek lingkungan dan
sosial) dan aspek finansial (NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, IRR, Payback Period, dan
Analisis sensitivitas) sudah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan usaha Broiler production management is very important to get maximum results in
the farming business. PT Rismawan Pratama Bersinar which limited land is a major
constraint located in Warung Kiara, Sukabumi Regency is a broiler farming
company. The company markets live broilers. However, The construction of two
stories closed house can overcome the limitations of existing land through the
application of closed house can provide good air and room conditions. The

the stages of developing a two stories closed house and analyzing the feasibility in
non-financial and financial aspects. This study analyzed data using qualitative and
quantitative methods, including non-financial PERT/CPM, aspects including
market, technical, management, legal, environmental, and social, while financial
aspects including NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, IRR, Payback Period, and sensitivity
analysis have met the business feasibility criteria.
