dc.description.abstractPengelolaan risiko operasional sangat penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan usaha agrowisata. Penelitian di Agrowisata Rizky Strawberry Sukabumi bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis risiko operasional yang dihadapi serta mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi pengelolaan risiko yang diterapkan. Metodologi menggunakan pendekatan statistika deskriptif dan in-depth interview kepada responden internal menggunakan guidance kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan terkait penerapan manajemen risiko di Agrowisata Rizky Strawberry. Hasil analisis menunjukkan sepuluh jenis risiko operasional yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan penyebabnya: risiko sumber daya manusia (kompetensi SDM, hubungan antar karyawan, pelayanan, kontrol internal), risiko sistem/peraturan (isu keselamatan), risiko sarana dan prasarana (pengelolaan fasilitas wisata, pemeliharaan, fasilitas umum, teknologi), risiko lingkungan (pencemaran), dan risiko eksternal (bencana alam). Dari sepuluh risiko tersebut, tiga tergolong sangat tinggi, dua tinggi, dua sedang, dan tiga rendah. Strategi diprioritaskan untuk meminimalisir risiko ekstrem dan tinggi ke tingkat risiko sedang.
dc.description.abstractOperational risk management is crucial in maintaining the sustainability and success of agritourism businesses. The study at Rizky Strawberry Agritourism in Sukabumi aims to identify and analyze the operational risks faced and to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented risk management strategies. The methodology employs a descriptive statistical approach and in-depth interviews with internal respondents using a guided questionnaire containing questions related to risk management implementation at Rizky Strawberry Agritourism. The analysis results reveal ten types of operational risks categorized by their causes: human resources risks (HR competence, employee relations, service, internal control), system/regulatory risks (safety issues), facility and infrastructure risks (tourism facility management, maintenance, public facilities, technology), environmental risks (pollution), and external risks (natural disasters). Of the ten risks, three are classified as very high, two as high, two as moderate, and three as low. Strategies are prioritized to minimize extreme and high risks to a moderate risk level.
