dc.description.abstractAgrowisata merupakan jenis wisata yang memanfaatkan potensi pertanian untuk tujuan rekreasi. Karyawan yang bekerja memiliki kompetensi masing-masing dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Setiap bulan terjadi penurunan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini (1) Mendeskripsikan gambaran umum perusahaan Agrowisata Rizky Sytawberry. (2) Mengidentifikasi pengaruh pelatihan service excellent dan pengembangan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Menganalisis hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan di Agrowisata Rizky Strawberry setelah diadakannya pelatihan service excellent dan pengembangan karyawan. (4) Mengevaluasi kegiatan pelatihan service excellent dan pengembangan karyawan. Perusahaan melaksanakan program pelatihan service excellent dan pengembangan karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah Non Probability Sampling dengan teknik sampel jenuh dan 30 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, analisis finansial, penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan rating scale, dan peramalan penjualan tiket menggunakan forecasting moving average. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan service excellent dan pengembangan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta meningkatkan hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan Agrowisata Rizky Strawberry setiap bulannya.
dc.description.abstractAgritourism is a type of tourism that utilizes agricultural potential for recreational purposes. Employees who work have their own competencies in complete the task. Every month there is a decrease in employee performance. The purpose of this research (1) Describe the general description of Rizky Sytawberry Agrotourism company. (2) Identify the effect of service excellent training and employee development on employee performance. (3) Analyzing the results of employee performance appraisal at Rizky Strawberry Agrotourism after service excellent training and employee development. (4) Evaluate service excellent training activities and employee development. The company implements service excellent training programs and employee development to improve employee performance. The sampling method is Non Probability Sampling with saturated sample technique and 30 respondents. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression, financial analysis, employee performance assessment with rating scale, and ticket sales forecasting using moving average forecasting. Results the results showed that service excellent training and employee development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and improved the results of the Rizky Strawberry Agrotourism employee performance assessment every month.
