      Abstract
      Era digital mengubah strategi promosi mulai dari dilakukan secara offline menjadi secara online atau dikombinasikan secara offline dan online. Penggunaan media sosial di Indonesia cukup tinggi sehingga semakin banyak strategi promosi yang dilakukan media sosial, salah satunya yaitu penggunaan Instagram untuk melakukan promosi guna menarik pengunjung Kampung Agro Eduwisata “Mulyaharja”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis keefektifan promosi media sosial, menganalisis jalur pelanggan, dan menganalisis hubungan antara efektivitas promosi media sosial terhadap pengambilan keputusan pengunjung untuk mengunjungi Kampung Agro Eduwisata “Mulyaharja”. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei yang didukung oleh pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam kepada pihak pengelola. Responden pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 50 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi yang dilakukan sudah cukup efektif untuk menarik perhatian pengunjung, analisis jalur pelanggan melalui tahap 5A berada pada kategori sedang, dan terdapat hubungan nyata antara efektivitas promosi dengan tingkat pengambilan keputusan pengunjung.
       
      The digital era has transformed promotional strategies from offline to online methods. This shift can influence consumer”s decision-making processes. The use of social media in Indonesia is quite high, leading to an increasing number of promotional strategies conducted through social media, such example is the use of Instagram to promote and attract visitors to the Agro Educational Tourism Village "Mulyaharja." The purpose is to analyze the effectiveness of social media promotion, analyze the customer journey, and analyze the relationship between social media promotional strategies and visitor’s decision-making to visit the Agro Educational Tourism Village "Mulyaharja." The method used is a quantitative approach through surveys supported by a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with the management. The respondents consist of 50 respondents. The results of the study show that the promotional strategies implemented are quite effective in attracting visitor’s attention, the customer journey through the 5A stages is in the moderate category, and there is a significant and direct relationship between the effectiveness of the promotion and the level of visitor's decision-making
