      Perencanaan Bisnis Selada Romaine Menjadi Caesar Salad pada CV Green Estate Hidroponik

      Abstract
      CV Green Estate Hidroponik terdapat hasil sortasi selada romaine yang masih layak konsumsi tidak terserap oleh pasar dan belum dimanfaatkan. Hal ini menjadi peluang bagi CV Green Estate Hidroponik dengan mendirikan diversifikasi produk yaitu caesar salad. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui suatu perencanaan bisnis pada aspek non finansial, aspek finansial dan nilai tambah. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif, finansial,dan metode hayami. Komponen perencanaan dari hasil aspek non finansial dapat dikatakan layak. Hasil dari aspek finansial menunjukan bahwa bisnis baru caesar salad menguntungkan dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp116.479.978,00 Net B/C sebesar 2,9, Gross B/C sebesar 1,19 , IRR sebesar 77 persen , dan Payback Period selama 2 tahun 2 bulan. Hasil analisis nilai tambah sebesar 74 persen. Perusahaan perlu memperkuat strategi pemasarannya dengan media sosial untuk memperkenalkan caesar salad.
       
      CV Green Estate Hydroponics contains the results of sorting romaine lettuce that is still suitable for consumption, not absorbed by the market and has not been utilized. This is an opportunity for CV Green Estate Hydroponics by building product diversification, namely caesar salad. The purpose of this research is to determine a business plan in non-financial aspects, financial aspects and value added. The data analysis methods used are descriptive, financial, and hayami methods. The planning component from the results of non-financial aspects can be said to be feasible. The results from the financial aspect show that the new caesar salad business is profitable with an NPV value of IDR 116.479.978, Net B/C of 2,9, a Gross B/C of 1.19, an IRR of 77 percent, and a Payback Period of 2 years 2 months . The results of the value added analysis were 74 percent. The company needs to improve its marketing strategy with social media to introduce caesar salad.
