      Abstract

Garumukti Village, located in Pamulihan Subdistrict, Garut Regency, has abundant potentials in agriculture, livestock farming, fisheries, plantations, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, issues related to access to information and optimizing the village's potentials remain significant challenges. The initial intention is to establish the Garumukti Village website with the goal of enhancing administrative efficiency and public services. This system aims to facilitate quick and easy access to administrative data, village information, and community services. The development process follows a structured and effective waterfall methodology. The project's objective is to create synergy between local potentials and information technology, thereby increasing Garumukti Village's visibility among the general public. Through stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, the website has been successfully developed with functions tailored to requirements, such as home, letter services, village governance, news, gallery, population statistics, and village budget reports accessible to both administrators and visitors.
