      Getaran Mekanis Pada Lantai Pilot Plant Produksi Minyak Mata Ikan Tuna

      Abstract
      Getaran adalah gerakan berisolasi dari sistem mekanis serta kondisi-kondisi dinamisnya. Getaran mekanis adalah getaran yang ditimbulkan oleh alat mekanis, yang sebagian dari getaran ini sampai ke tubuh operator dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan dan mengganggu kenyamanan. Ergonomi adalah ilmu atau pendekatan multidisipliner yang bertujuan mengoptimalkan sistem manusia- pekerjaannya, sehingga tercapai alat, cara dan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, aman, nyaman, dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur getaran mekanis pada pilot plant pengolah mata ikan tuna dan menentukan waktu aman terpapar getaran. Root Mean Square (RMS) getaran seluruh mesin produksi yang merambat pada lantai sebesar 0,1-3,82 m/s^2. Paparan getaran tertinggi pada lantai disebabkan oleh mesin screw press dengan nilai getaran sebesar 3,82 m/s^2. Titik tempat pekerja mengoperasikan mesin sebesar 3,82 m/s^2. Nilai percepatan getaran pada titik operator bekerja adalah 0,38-1,57 m/s^2. Reduksi getaran dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan rekayasa teknis yaitu dengan pemasangan bantalan berbahan rubber dumper pada alas mesin.
       
      Vibration is the isolated motion of a mechanical system and its dynamic conditions. Mechanical vibration is vibration caused by mechanical devices, some of which reach the bodies of employees and can have a negative impact on health and disturb comfort. Ergonomics is a multidisciplinary science or approach that aims to optimize the human-work system so as to achieve tools, ways, and work environments that are healthy, safe, comfortable, and efficient. This study aims to measure mechanical vibrations in the tuna eye oil processing pilot plant and determine safe exposure times to these vibrations. The Root Mean Square (RMS) vibration of all production machines transmitted to the floor ranges from 0.1 to 3.82 m/s 2 . The highest vibration exposure on the floor is caused by the screw press machine, with a vibration value of 3.82 m/s 2 . The vibration acceleration values at the operator's workstation range from 0.38 to 1.57 m/ m/s 2 . Vibration reduction was achieved through engineering techniques by installing rubber dampers at the base of the machine.
