Strategi Integrasi Aplikasi Pelayanan Publik Berbasis Web Service (Studi Kasus: BPOM dan Kemenkes).

Abstract

Pengembangan Integrasi Aplikasi Pelayanan Publik Berbasis Web Service merupakan Program Strategis Badan POM dan KEMENKES dalam percepatan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat. Pengembangan integrasi ini bertujuan melakukan otomatisasi pengiriman data Penerbitan Sertifikat Analisa Hasil Pengawasan (AHP) dengan komoditi Narkotika, Psikotropika, dan Prekursor farmasi (Badan POM). Strategi Web Service merupakan software yang digunakan dalam proses pertukaran data. Adapun strategi integrasi yang di lakukan adalah melakukan kajian dan analisis perbandingan dengan melakukan pengujian fungsional untuk menentukan Web Service yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan layanan aplikasi. baik itu SOAP atau REST. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Potti (2011) tentang desain layanan Web SOAP Versus REST bahwa memahami REST lebih mudah dan mudah dipelajari, pada penelitian ini waktu respon REST Lebih baik dan lebih cepat dibandingkan SOAP yang jauh lebih aman. Penelitian lain tentang RESFUL Web Service Implementation Using Spring Framework in Room Assets management system, dengan menerapkan RESTFULL pengelolaan ruang dapat diakses dari berbagai platform, membantu pengguna dalam melakukan peminjaman ruang. data yang diterima sesuai,valid dan akurat dengan yang ada pada database (S.Achsan 2022:8). Implementasi strategi integrasi menggunakan web service REST. Hasil Pengujian Fungsional pada Strategi web service dengan menggunakan dua metode antara REST dan SOAP, dengan waktu resporn tercepat 203 (ms) pada implementasi REST sedangkan SOAP dengan waktu tercepat 340 (ms).

Development of Web Service-Based Public Service Application Integration is a Strategic Program of the POM Agency and the Ministry of Health in accelerating public services to the community. The integration strategy carried out is to carry out comparative studies and analysis by carrying out functional testing to determine which Web Service meets application service needs. be it SOAP or REST. Based on previous research conducted by Potti (2011) regarding SOAP Versus REST Web service design that understanding REST is easier and easier to learn, in this research the response time of REST is better and faster than SOAP which is much more secure. Other research on RESFUL Web Service Implementation Using Spring Framework in Room Assets management system, by implementing RESTFULL space management can be accessed from various platforms, helping users borrow space. the data received is appropriate, valid and accurate with that in the database (S.Achsan 2022:8). Implementation of integration strategies using REST web services.
